Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you are unable to show to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. If in need to reschedule, please, contact me.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24h prior to your scheduled time.
Late cancellations within the 24h window will incur in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to your card on file.
No SHOWS/ No CALL will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Arrivals over 10 min late, appointment will be canceled and charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
